摘 要:采用变异系数评价法,赋予生长指标权重,并计算不同基质配方中香樟树生长综合指数;通过田口方法及基质环境安全性评价,优化香樟树基质配方。结果表明,生长指标中,新生根须鲜重的权重最高;除1、7、18、29号基质配方中生长综合指数均低于对照组(30号处理)外,其他配方均高于对照组,其中2、8、13、16、20~25、27、28号与对照组差异性达到显著水平(P<0.05);污泥堆肥、蛭石及污泥堆肥与杀菌剂二者的交互作用对于生长综合指数的影响均达到显著水平,除聚天冬氨酸之外,其余基质组分对于香樟树生长均有一定促进作用,但均未达到显著水平;当污泥堆肥用量水平为3.0、4.5 kg时,土壤存在Cd污染风险。综上所述,确定最佳基质配方由污泥堆肥、杀菌剂、复合肥及蛭石组成,用量水平分别为1.5 kg、0.3 g、20 g、100 g。通过Minitab软件中的田口方法预测分析系统,基质配方筛选试验模型的准确性和可靠性得到了验证。In this test, the weight of growth index for camphor was evaluated by using the coefficient of variation, and the com-posite growth index of camphor in different matrix formulations was calculated, and the Taguchi method and matrix environmentalsafety evaluation were used to optimize the camphor base formula. The results showed that, among the growth index for camphor,fresh weight of new roots was the highest, except for matrixes of No, 1, 7, 18, 29, the composite growth index of camphor fromdifferent matrix formulation was higher than that of the control group, furthermore, the difference between the matrix of No, 2, 8,13, 16, 20 -25, 27, 28 and control group was significantly (P 〈 0.05). The effect of sewage sludge compost, vermiculiteand the interaction between sewage sludge compost and fungicide on composite growth index for camphor reached significantly lev-el. In addition to polyaspartic acid, the remaining components of matrix also facilitated the growth of camphor, but none of themwas significant. Cd contamination in soil might be caused by the using of sewage sludge compost when the level was 3.0 kg and4, 5 kg. In conclusion, the best matrix formulation was composed of sewage sludge compost, fungicide, compound fertilize andvermiculite with the level of 1.5 kg, 0.3 g, 20 g, 100 g respectively. The accuracy and reliability of the screening test modelfor matrix formulation was verified by the predictive analysis system of Taguchi method in Minitab software.
