摘  要:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定前列欣浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量,从而建立芍药苷的HPLC测定方法。色谱条件:色谱柱GL-Wondasil C_(18)(4.6×150mm,5μm);乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(v∶v=14∶86)为流动相;检测波长230nm;柱温40℃;理论板数按芍药苷峰计算应不低于3 000;进样量10μ L;流速1mL/min。结果,芍药苷在0.054μg^0.702μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率99.8%,RSD为2.56%(n=6);精密度实验、稳定性实验和重复性实验考察的RSD分别为0.037%、1.85%、2.44%。经测试并结合生产的实际情况,限定前列欣浓缩丸中芍药苷含量不少于1.8mg/g。HPLC法测定前列欣浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量方法准确、简单可行、重复性好,为前列欣浓缩丸质量控制提供科学依据。To establish the method of HPLC for determination of peoniflorin in Qianliexin Concentrated pill.The method of HPLC was developed to determine peoniflorin in Qianliexin Concentrated pill. The developed conditions of HPLC were as follows: HPLC was adopted with GL-Wondasil C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm),Acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(14∶86) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 230 nm,and the column temperature was 40℃,and the injection volume 10μL,flow rate was 1 m L/min.The Linear range of peoniflorin is 0.054μg-0.702μg.(r=0.999 7)The average recovery is 99.8%,and the RSD is 2.56%(n=6).The RSD,in accuracy,stability and repeatability test,were 0.037%,1.85%,2.44% and,respectively. The content of peoniflorin in Qianliexin Concentrated pill limited not Less than 1.8 mg per one gram under the developed condition.This method is accurate,simple and reliable,which provide the basis for the quality control of Qianliexin Concentrated pill.
