摘　　要：湖北省科技动员潜力评价结合法人单位基本情况、高层次人才数据、科研设备、科技成果,对法人单位综合科技动员潜力进行分析,真实反映了各调查单位的科技动员总体潜力。并针对科技成果动员潜力进行专题分析,反映了湖北省科技成果的科技动员基本情况。The potential evaluation of scientific and technological mobilization in Hubei Province,combined with the basic situation of legal person units,high level personnel data,scientific research equipment,and scientific and technological achievements,analyzes the comprehensive scientific and technological mobilization potential of legal person units,which truly reflects the overall situation of the scientific and technological mobilization of the various investigation units.This paper analyzes the mobilization potential of scientific and technological achievements and reflects the basic situation of scientific and technological mobilization of scientific and technological achievements in Hubei.
