摘  要:伊敏煤电公司露天矿自移式破碎机采煤半连续系统在冬季运行过程中极易造成胶带冻沾,螺旋清扫器底部以及工作面沿线洒落的煤粉较多,利用清料机以及人工清理占用设备运行时间长,而且存在较大的安全隐患。结合伊敏露天矿实际工况,从技术、经济、安全方面分析论证了在半连续系统工作面皮带增设翻带装置的可行性。The semi continuous mining system of self moving crusher is very easy to cause the belt cold dip in the operation process of winter. The coal power in spiral cleaner bottom and working face along the line is more so that the use of cleaning material machine and manual cleaning equipment occupies a long running time, and there is a big security risk. Combining with the actual working condition of Yimin Open-pit Mine, the article analyzes and demonstrates the feasibility of adding belt device in the semi continuous system working face from the aspects of technology, economy and safety.
