摘　　要：矿用自卸车车箱是矿用自卸车的主要承载部件。分析了由高强钢板制造的矿用自卸车车箱在使用过程中出现的焊接裂纹的种类,及焊接裂纹产生的原因,并在此基础上提出了焊接裂纹的预防措施,从而为车箱的生产和维修提供技术保障。The body of mining dump trucks is the main bearing part of mining dump trucks. The article analyzes the category of welding cracks of mining dump truck made from high strength steel plates and the causes of the welding cracks. On the basis of it,the article presents prevention measures of welding cracks, which provide support for production and maintenance of body.
