摘  要:我国既有居住建筑特别是老旧小区建筑存在能耗高、居住舒适性差的缺点。为了提高既有居住建筑室内环境舒适度,降低建筑能耗,针对徐州地区典型居住建筑的基本情况、家庭概况、围护结构、用能设备、采暖空调设施等进行全面调查,分析居住建筑存在的节能缺陷;并针对节能问题提出了多层次的节能改造方案,为节能改造的实施提供理论支撑。High energy-consumption and low comfortability are common disadvantages for existing residential buildings especially for the old ones. In order to improve the indoor environmental comfortability and reduce building energy consumption,basic information,family condition,building envelope,energy-using equipment and heating and air conditioning facilities have been surveyed completely for typical residential buildings in Xuzhou area. Existing energy-saving disadvantages have been analyzed,and according to the problem of energy saving,a plan of multi-level energy-saving reconstruction was proposed,which provides theoretical support for energy-saving retrofitting scheme.
