摘  要:通过控温箱-热流计法对南京地区常用墙体热工性能进行测试,研究热桥柱位置对建筑墙体不同测点处热工性能检测结果的影响规律。结果表明:控温箱-热流计法检测时,墙体传热系数测试值随热流计离热桥部位的距离增大而减小,且数据偏差达16.8%;采用的指数函数能够较准确地拟合热桥柱位置对本试验墙体热工性能测试结果的影响,相关系数为0.988 7。控温箱-热流计法适用于现场墙体热工性能检测,但必须考虑控温箱箱体与热桥柱距离,与热桥柱距离超过800 mm后的测试结果才能够反映墙体热工性能真实情况。In order to research the effects of thermal bridge column location on the thermal performance of different point on building wall,the thermal performance of a commonly wall from Nanjing was tested through the temperature controlling box-heat flow meter method. The results show that the heat-transfer coefficient test values decreases with the increase of the distance of the heat flow meter and the thermal bridge when the temperature controlling box-heat flow meter method was used,and the data deviation reaches up to 16. 8%. The adopted exponential function can accurately fit the effects of thermal bridge column location on the thermal performance test results of different point on the test wall,the correlation coefficient is 0. 988 7. The temperature controlling box-heat flow meter method is suitable for the wall thermal performance field test,but the distance between the temperature control box and thermal bridge column must be considered when selecting the test point,the test results can really reflect the thermal performance of wall when the distance exceeding 800 mm.
