摘  要:α-酮戊二酸既是三羧酸循环中为动物机体供能的重要物质,又是连接碳代谢和氮代谢的重要枢纽。它可提高动物机体的免疫功能,影响钙磷代谢,增强骨密度和提高骨骼矿物质元素含量,改善肠道黏膜结构,正面影响部分氨基酸代谢。此外,α-酮戊二酸可以通过激活哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(m TOR)信号通路增加骨骼肌蛋白质的合成和沉积,进而改善动物的生长性能。本文就α-酮戊二酸对动物营养物质代谢和一些功能性指标的调控作用进行了综述,为α-酮戊二酸在养殖领域中的推广应用提供参考依据。α-ketoglutaric acid is an important substance for the animal organism energy supply in tricarboxylic acid cycle,and an important hub to connecting the carbon metabolism and nitrogen metabolism. α-ketoglutaric acid can improve the immune function of animal organism,affect the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,increase the bone density and the contents of bone mineral elements,improve the intestinal mucosal structure,and affect some amino acid metabolism positively. In addition,α-ketoglutaric acid can improve the growth performance of animals by activating the mammalian target of rapamycin( m TOR) signaling pathway to improve protein synthesis and deposition in skeletal muscle. This article summerized the mechanism and regulation of α-ketoglutaric acid on nutrient metabolism and some functional indicators of animals,and provided evidences for the popularization and application of α-ketoglutaric acid in aquaculture.
