摘　　要：当前,新农村信息化的网络建设是推动现代农业发展,实现城乡共同发展和新农村建设的重要手段和途径,其重要性是不可忽视的。本文首先从三个关键点提出了新农村信息化网络建设的困境与解决对策,其次从非技术层面和技术层面分析了推进实现新农村信息化网络建设的具体路径。At present,the construction of the new rural information network is an important means and way to promote the development of modern agriculture and realize the common development of urban and rural areas and the construction of new rural areas.This paper first puts forward the difficulties and solutions for the construction of the new rural information network from three key points.Secondly,it analyzes the concrete path of promoting the construction of the new rural information network from the non technical level and the technical level.
