论我国宪法监督模式的完善

摘　　要：宪法作为我国的根本大法,是我国法律系统的基础。对于任何一部宪法而言,必须有相应的监督制度作为支撑,只有这样,才能保证宪法的正常实施。我国宪法实施的监督模式也具有一定的特色,这让宪法的实施监督模式能够在我国的宪法实施过程中达到一定的要求。根据中华人民共和国成立以来的情况来看,我国的宪法实施监督并不完善。文章将对目前存在的主要宪法监督模式进行分析,针对我国宪法实施监督模式存在的问题,提出调整建议。As the fundamental law of our country,the constitution is the foundation of our legal system. But for any constitution,there must be a corresponding supervision system as a support,so as to ensure the normal implementation of the constitution. Under the influence of the social nature of our country,the supervision mode of the implementation of the constitution of our country also has certain characteristics,which allows the implementation of the constitution of the constitution to achieve certain requirements in the implementation of the constitution of our country. However,according to the situation since the founding of the people＇s Republic of China,the supervision over the implementation of the constitution is not perfect. This article will analyze the existing main mode of constitutional supervision,and put forward some suggestions for adjusting the existing problems in the implementation mode of our constitution.
