摘　　要："非婚同居"是目前单身老年人群体生活状态中的一种衍生物,随着我国社会老龄化日益加重,以抱团养老、搭伴养老等非婚同居的形式日趋盛行。但非婚同居个人空间的存在,给双方的财产互撕造成危机。如何越过"结婚证"这条法律堤坝,探寻老年人非婚同居期间财产的本质要素与核心判断标准,以期保障老年人非婚同居财产,是当下不能回避的问题。＂Non-marital cohabitation＂is a derivative of the living status of single elderly people,With the increasing aging of the society in China,such as native endowment,travel together endowment has become increasingly. But the existence of unmarried cohabitation personal space has caused a crisis to the mutual avulsion of property between the two sides. How to cross the legal barrier of ＂marriage certificate＂,it is urgent and important to explore the essential elements and core judgment standard of the property during the non-marital cohabitation.
