摘　　要：自1929年古田会议开始,＂思想建党、政治建军＂的原则就确立下来了,经过80多年的丰富实践,我们在＂政治建军＂方面取得了许多成果,但是在新的时代条件下,光注重＂养兵＂而不注重＂用兵＂,只片面地强调＂政治建军＂而忽略＂政治用兵＂,是完成不了时代和国家赋予军队的使命任务的。Since the Gutian Meeting in 1929, the principle of ＂building the party ideologically,building the army politically＂has been established. After more than 80 years practice,we have achieved a lot in ＂building the army politically＂,but in the new time,it is impossible to complete the mission by only focusing on ＂building the army politically＂instead of ＂using the army＂and ＂using the army politically＂.
