晚清民国时期新疆城市数量与规模变化研究

摘　　要：晚清民国时期是新疆城市发生重要变化的时期,由于新疆建省,推行地方行政制度改革,故而城市数量增加.晚清民国时期,是新疆城市发生重要变化的时期,由于清末新疆建省,推行地方行政制度改革,将新疆城市纳入了层级行政等级体系,由于地方行政制度的改革,城市数量也随之增加.民国建立后,新疆地方政府在中央政府的指导下进一步加强和完善各级行政建置,先后经历了杨增新执政时期、金树仁执政时期、盛世才执政时期和国民政府直管时期四个阶段,由此推动了新疆城市数量的增加;随着地方行政建置改革和社会、经济的发展、人口的增加,新疆城市规模也同步扩大,初步奠定了现当代新疆城市的发展格局.本文重点探讨了行政制度变革与城市数量变迁之间的关系,以及不同阶段城市人口规模与占地规模的发展变化.During the period of the late Qing Dynasty and the republic of China, cities of Xinjiang had experienced important changes. Due to the establishment of Xinjiang Province in the late Qing Dynasty and the implementation of the local administrative system reformation, cities of Xinjiang had been incorporated into a hierarchical administrative hierarchy system, and the number of cities had also increased as a result of the reformation. After the establishment of the Republic of China, the local government of Xinjiang had further strengthened and perfected the administrative system at all levels with the support from the central government, and Xinjiang had successively experienced four stages of the period of Yang Zengxin, Jin Shuren, Sheng Shicai administration and the direct governing by national goverment, which increased the numbers of Xinjiang cities. With the reformation of local administrative system, the development of society and economy and the growth of population, the urban scale of Xinjiang had been enlarged simultaneously, and the modern-contemporary urban of Xinjiang had been preliminarily established. This paper focuses on the relationship between the reformation of the administrative system and the variation in numbers of Xinjiang cities which embody the variation of urban population scale and land occupation scale in different stages.
