摘　　要：《领选日记》是1881年朝鲜使臣在中国期间的日志,其内容除了与中国官员讨论如何应对西方列强侵略外,很大部分是在天津机器局参观学习的记录.本文以《领选日记》为主,辅以原有史料,勾画天津机器局的场景,以补天津机器局史料严重缺失之不足;同时,通过该日记分析各级官员创办和经营洋务企业的经验与体会,探究当时创新之艰辛与心境."Selected Diary from Korean Envoys in China" is about North Korean envoys’ daily recordin China in 1881, in addition to record the discussionwith Chinese officialson how to deal with the Western powers, it mainly noted down the visitand study in Tianjin Machinery Bureau. Based on the record of " Selected Diary from Korean Envoys in China" and some original historical materials, this paper gives a picture of Tianjin Machinery Bureau, which made upthe serious lack of Tianjin Machinery Bureau ’ s historical data. Meanwhile, by analyzing different levelsofficials’ experience on doing businessand conducting Westernization enterprises, the paper makes a thorough inquiry on the difficulty of innovation during that period.
