家庭农场经营绩效的影响因素分析——以584个玉米类家庭农场为例

摘　　要：本文以584个玉米类家庭农场的土地产出为被解释变量,以家庭农场主个体特征、家庭农场资源禀赋、外部生产环境和政府扶持政策等为解释变量,实证分析了家庭农场经营绩效的影响因素。结果表明：家庭农场主的受教育水平、农业技术水平和家庭农场的所属区域、经营类型、是否采用测土配方技术、能否获得经营性贷款和能否获得机械化服务等变量对农业生产绩效表现出显著的正相关关系,而家庭农场的土地经营规模、是否示范类家庭农场和是否有注册商标等变量对农业生产绩效表现出显著的负相关关系。With the land output of 584 corn family farms was interpreted variable,and individual characteristics of family farmers,endowment of family farm resources,external production environment,government support policy as explanatory variable,this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of family farms efficiency. The result shows that there is a significantly positive correlation between the breeding level,the level of agricultural technology,the area of the family farm,the type of management,the use of soil testing technology,the availability of operational loans,the availability of mechanized services and the family farms efficiency. While there is a significantly negative correlation between the land scale of the family farm,the demonstration of family farms,the registered trademarks and the family farms efficiency.
