摘　　要：本文对当前中国农业投资情况进行了分析,研究发现农业正逐渐成为各类资本投资的＂风口＂。农业投资的风力来源即＂风从何来＂,主要包括政府投入、金融资金和社会资本等;在经济新常态下,持续稳定的政府投入是基础保障,雄厚的金融资金是带动样板,充裕的社会资本则是潜在主力。农业投资的当前风向即＂风吹何处＂,突出表现为行业结构相对稳定、领域范围逐步拓宽、区域布局不断优化、对外合作取得突破等四个特征;种植、畜牧和渔业投资均有增长,特色及休闲观光农业、电子商务和普惠金融、农业服务业等行业或领域正在突起,中西部地区是重点区域。保持和加大农业投资的＂风力＂,需要在稳定扩大政府投入、鼓励社会资本投入、推动金融资金投入、完善相关支持政策等方面加大力度,以加强农业投资管理、支撑现代农业建设。This paper analyzed the current situation of agricultural investment in china,and finded that agriculture is becoming the"outlet"of all kinds of capital investment. The wind source of agricultural investment is "windfrom where",mainly including government investment,financial capital and social capital; in the new economic normal the sustained and stable government investment is the basis of protection,the abundant financial capital is the driving sample,and the plenty of social capital is the potential main force.The current wind direction of agricultural investment is "where the wind blows",highlighting the four characteristics of the relatively stable structure of the industry,the gradual widening of the scope of field,the continual optimization of the regional layout and the breakthrough of foreign cooperation;planting,livestock,and fisheries investment are growing,characteristic and leisure tourism agriculture,e-comerce and Pratt &Whitney financial,agricultural services and other industries or areas are emerging,the central and westen regions are key areas. To maintain and increase the"wind power"of agricultural investment,we need to intensify efforts in several aspects,such as the stabilization and amplification of government investment,the encouragement of social capital,the promotion of financial capital,and perfect relevant support policy for strengthen management of agricultural investment and modern constructure.
