军队离退休干部健康体检情况分析与保健对策

摘　　要：目的分析军队离退休干部健康体检情况与保健对策。方法选取2017年1月至12月在某院疗养的338例军队离退休干部作为研究对象,对其进行健康体检,并分析其健康体检情况,做好军队离退休干部的医疗保健工作。结果共检测出34种疾病,人均患病为3.47种,发病率超过15%的12种,其分别为高血压177例(52.37%)、高血糖126例(37.28%)、冠心病87例(25.74%)、脂肪肝161例(47.63%)、白内障133例(39.35%)、甲状腺疾病165例(48.82%)、慢性胆囊炎82例(24.26%)、肾囊肿114例(33.73%)、前列腺肥大199例(58.88%)、心律失常75例(22.19%)、高尿酸血症55例(16.27%)、超重160例(47.34%)。并且年龄<70岁与≥70岁军队离退休干部的高血压、高血糖、冠心病、脂肪肝、白内障、甲状腺疾病、慢性胆囊炎、肾囊肿、心律失常、高尿酸血症、超重的患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别间军队离退休干部的脂肪肝、慢性胆囊炎、肾囊肿、超重的患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论某院分析了军队离退休干部的健康体检情况,并将健康知识、心理知识、生活习惯和体育锻炼等方面纳入了相应的疗养保健范畴,随着军队离退休干部年龄的逐渐增大,各种疾病严重威胁其身体健康,需合理性的对军队离退休干部健康问题进行有针对性的干预。Objective To analyze the health examination and health care strategies of retired military cadres.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,338 retired military cadres in a hospital were selected as the research subjects and were given physical examination.Their physical examination results were analyzed to better facilitate the health care of retired military cadres.Results 34 types of diseases were checked out,with the occurrence of3. 47 types of diseases per capita. 12 types of diseases were identified with the incidence rate of more than 15 %.177 cases were diagnosed of hypertension（52.37%）,126 cases of hyperglycemia（37.28%）,87 cases of coronary heart disease（25.74%）,161 cases of fatty liver（47.63%）,133 cases of cataract（39.35%）,165 cases of thyroid disease（48.82%）,82 cases of chronic cholecystitis（24.26%）,114 cases of renal cyst（33.73%）,199 cases of prostatic hypertrophy（58.88%）,75 cases of arrhythmia（22.19%）,55 cases of hyperuricemia（16.27%） and 160 cases of overweight（47.34%）.The prevalence rate and age 70 years and over 70 years old retired army cadres of hypertension,hyperglycemia and coronary heart disease,fatty liver,thyroid disease,cataract,chronic cholecystitis,renal cysts,arrhythmia,hyperuricemia and overweight of retired military cadres younger than 70 and cadres as old as or older than 70 showed significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The prevalence rates of fatty liver,chronic cholecystitis,renal cysts and overweight of retired male and female military cadres were significantly different（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The physical examination results of retired military cadres in the hospital were analyzed.What＇s more,health knowledge,psychological knowledge,living habits and physical exercise were incorporated into the corresponding health care category.With the aging of retired military cadres,diseases are threatening their health conditions so reasonable and targeted intervention measures for the health problems of retired military cadres
