摘  要:通过对海藻酸钠(SA)荧光标记,使用荧光显微镜、Zeta电位仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等研究聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)/SA二元增湿强体系在纸张表面的分布、纤维的结合方式及其作用机理。结果表明:SA被荧光标记后,发现PAE-SA均匀分散地分布在纸张纤维的表面;加入0.75%PAE和0.50%(相对于绝干浆)SA,浆料电位下降不明显,纸张湿强度高;PAE/SA在纸张表面形成膜包覆;PAE/SA纸张纤维能吸附更多的细小组分。The distribution of polyamideamine epichlorohydrin( PAE)/sodium alginate( SA) wet strength system on the surface of secondary fibers,the binding style of the fibers and the reinforcement mechanism for secondary fibers were investigated by fluorescence microscope,zeta-potential,SEM and AFM. Fluorescence sodium alginate( F-SA) was prepared by reaction of SA with FITC. It was observed by fluorescence microscopy that PAE/F-SA spread on the surface of paper fibers. When 0. 75% PAE( based on dry pulp)and SA( 0. 10% -0. 20%) was added to the sheets,the zeta-potential had no significant change. and the paper showed high wet strength. SEM scanning of paper fiber revealed that a PAE/SA film coating was formed to combine the fibers better. Finally,the PAE/SA system significantly could absorb more fine fiber.
