摘 要:介绍了一种具有浮选与离心双重效果的尘埃捕集装置,用于除去蔗渣浆板生产过程中混杂的轻质尘埃,以减轻尘埃对后续生产运行及成品浆板质量的负面影响。蔗渣浆经尘埃捕集槽处理之后,尘埃数量明显降低,具体表现为面积在0.15~0.39mm^2范围内的尘埃度降低了39%,而面积在0.40~0.99mm^2范围内的尘埃几乎可以完全除净。说明在蔗渣制浆系统改造中增加该尘埃捕集槽,对蔗渣浆料中尘埃有较好的去除效果,是解决蔗渣制浆尘埃问题的有效途径。A novel dirt trapping device which can remove the light dirt mixed within the pulp was introduced. In order to reduce the negative effect on subsequent production and the quality of bagasse pulp board,the principles of surface chemistry and fluid dynamics had adopted,which enable this equipment remarkable ability to remove dirt. With the inclusion of this equipment in the process,the dust particles in the area scope of 0. 15 -0. 39 mm^2 were reduced by 39% and in the area scope of 0. 40 -0. 99 mm^2 were almost completely removed. Thus,the application of this dirt trapping device had a respectable removal effect in the bagasse pulping line. It was an effective way to settle problems caused by dust.
