摘 要:本文开展了亚临界压力下垂直上升内螺纹管中水的传热特性的实验研究,并与对应条件下光管内水的传热特性进行了对比、分析.结果发现:内螺纹管和光管中两相饱和流动沸腾换热随热流密度的增加或压力的升高而增大,基本不随质量流速的变化而变化;相同工况下内螺纹管的饱和沸腾换热系数大约为光管的1.1~1.2倍。内螺纹管和光管的过冷沸腾起始干度都随质量流速的减小或者压力的升高或者热流密度的增大而增大;在相同工况下本文实验内螺纹管中的过冷沸腾起始干度比光管中的要小至少0.2。光管中主要发生偏离核态沸腾(DNB),临界干度随热流密度的减小或质量流速的增加或压力的降低而增大;内螺纹管中主要发生烧干,运行参数对临界干度的影响不大。The heat transfer characteristics of water were experimentally investigated in a vertically- upward internally-ribbed tube under subcritical pressures in this paper, then were analyzed and compared with those in a smooth tube with the same diameter. The results shows that saturated flow boiling heat transfer in the internally-ribbed tube and smooth tube increases with the increase of heat flux or the increase of pressure, and is approximately stable with the variation of mass velocity. The saturated boiling heat transfer coefficient of the internally-ribbed tube is about 1.1 to 1.2 times larger than that of the smooth tube under the same condition. The initial qualities of subcooled boiling in the internally-ribbed tube and smooth tube increase with the decrease of mass velocity, the increase of pressure or the increase of heat flux. In the same conditions, initial qualities of subcooled boiling in the internally-ribbed tube of this paper are lower at least 0.2 than that of the smooth tube. In the smooth tube, departure from nucleate boiling (DNB) mainly occurs, and the critical steam quality increases with the decrease of heat flux, the increase of mass velocity or the decrease of pressure. Dry-out mainly appears in the internally-ribbed tube, and the operating parameters make little influence on critical quality.
