摘　　要：利用克拉玛依市国际远程医学平台^([1]),一方面积极寻求与欧美医疗技术发达地区的远程医疗合作,引进先进的医疗技术和理念,拓展视野。另一方面,利用克拉玛依市平台汇聚国内38家知名医院资源优势,发挥克拉玛依市地缘文化以及语言优势,积极向"一带一路"沿线国家拓展远程医疗业务,提高医疗技术的影响力,增进友谊、加强国际交往与合作。The Karamay international telemedicine platform is used. On the one hand, the telemedicine cooperation with areas with developed medical technologies in Europe and the United States is actively sought, the advanced medical technologies and ideas are introduced, and horizons are expanded. On the other hand, the Karamay platform is used to gather the resource advantages of 38 domestic well-known hospitals, the advantages of regional culture and language of Karamay are made full use of, the telemedicine business is positively expanded to the countries along the Belt the Road, the influence of medical technologies is increased, the friendship is enhanced, and international exchanges and cooperation are strengthened.
