摘　　要：目的:建设门诊物品共享系统,规范租借流程,减少医院开支,减轻患者负担,提高门诊服务中心的工作效率。方法:以众筹模式收编闲置的可共享医疗物品;重新设计租借、归还流程;应用案例推理(Case-Based Reasoning,CBR)个人信用评价模型构建诚信服务体系;基于移动互联网技术构建系统。结果及结论:众筹模式丰富了共享物品库的数量与种类,信用评价模型的建立减少了共享物品的损坏,整套系统提高了医患协同效率,节省了运营成本,缩短了患者租借物品所需时长,提升了患者满意度。Objective： To normalize renting process, reducing hospital expenses and reducing the burden on patients, improving the efficiency of outpatient service centers, through building outpatient goods sharing system. Methods： Collecting idle medical rehabilitation equipment in a crowdfunding model; redesigning the lease and return process; Case-Based Reasoning（CBR） model of personal credit evaluation to build an honest service system; implementing outpatient goods sharing systems based on technologies such as mobile internet. ResultsConclusion： Crowdfunding model enriches the number and types of shared goods libraries. The model of personal credit evaluation reduces the damage of shared goods and improves the working efficiency of doctor-patient coordination, saves operating costs, shortens the time required for patients to rent goods, and improves patients＇ satisfaction.
