摘 要:目的:优化现有临床试验患者的就医流程。方法:对现有流程进行梳理,分析患者、医护人员、GCP管理部门、财务人员和信息数据流转等方面需求,总结归纳出优化改造后的流程,并通过对信息系统和流程的改造来实现。结果:探讨出了对GCP就医环节各方均有利的方案,将患者就医报销环节改为项目即开即扣费、限期内不做检查自动退费的模式,并在信息系统中进行实现,减少了GCP管理部门、财务等相关人员的工作量。结论:通过对现有就医流程的改造和优化,临床试验管理可以进一步走向信息化、规范化和现代化,相关工作人员可以更专注于有意义的工作当中,进一步提升患者就医满意度和员工幸福感。Objective: To optimize the existing medical treatment of clinical trials patients. Methods: By analyzing the existing processes and the need of patients, doctors, nurses, health care workers, GCP management, financial staff and information flow, we summed up the better process, and through the transformation of information systems and processes to achieve. Results: It was found that the GCP medical treatment program is beneficial to all parties. After using this system,the patient's economic pressure was reduced, all relevant personnel feel easier than before. Conclusion: By optimizing the existing medical process, the clinical trial management of our hospital can be further informatization, standardization and modernization, so that the staff can be more focused on meaningful work, to further enhance patients' satisfaction and employee happiness.
