摘  要:隔汽防潮层的防水隔汽效果对冷库围护结构的保温性能有着重要的影响。为了选取性能优良的隔汽防潮层材料,本文选取了5种隔汽防潮材料为实验对象,制作成5个校准箱,置于高温高湿环境中进行测试。通过60天的连续实验,得出研究了5种材料的隔汽性能和箱体保温性能的变化,并基于称重法研究了不同材料的吸水性。结果表明,非固化速防水层与抗氧化铝箔隔汽层及速凝橡胶沥青的组合材料性能优越。The waterproof and vapor barrier effect of gas insulation moisture proof coating has an important influence on the thermal insulation performance of the cold storage envelope. In order to select good gas insulation moisture proof material, five kinds of gas insulation moisture proof coating were selected as experimental objects. Five calibration boxes using different gas insulation moisture proof coating are tested in high temperature and high humidity environment. According to the sixty days' experiments, the performances of gas insulation and moisture proof were gained and their changing rules were also obtained. The water absorption of different material was measured based on weighing method. The results show that the combination of noncurable waterproof layer and anti-alumina insulation layer has the best performance on gas insulation and moisture proof.
