摘  要:针对在轨航天器太阳电池阵基板,设计1种具有加强区域的新型碳纤维栅格蒙皮结构,该种结构在国内尚属首次应用,能有效提高太阳电池阵基板的力学性能。同时采用ANSYS有限元分析方法,建立了碳纤维栅格蒙皮等效截面积的有限元模型,对模型截面参数进行优化设计,确定碳纤维栅格蒙皮的栅格尺寸、栅格梗丝厚度、栅格梗丝宽度、蒙皮铺层角度和铺层方式。通过鉴定级力学试验,验证了该蒙皮结构形式的太阳电池阵基板具有良好的工作状态,且成功应用于某遥感卫星开展正常工作。A new strengthen regional reticular envelope with CFRP structural is designed for board spacecraft solar cell array substrate. The first application of such kind structure can effectively improve mechanical performances of solar cell array substrate. At the same time, the reticular envelope with CFRP structural is established the finite element model of equivalent sectional area and ANSYS finite element method is utilized to optimize the parameters of cross section. Finally, the reticular size, thickness, width, laminate angle and lay-up of the reticular envelope with CFRP are determined. According to the on-orbit test conditions, it is confirmed that the solar cell array substrate which is made up of reticular envelope with CFRP have a good working condition. It is shown that the structure can satisfy the technical requirements.
