摘　　要：针对检验检疫核心能力发展不平衡、基础设施不规范、设备配置不统一、社会公众识别度低等问题,江苏出入境检验检疫局在太仓港试点水运口岸检验检疫标准化建设,通过建立统一的水运口岸标准化建设标准,推进设施建设规范化、设备配置统一化和形象识别系统化,提升了口岸检验检疫的核心竞争力。水运口岸检验检疫标准化建设符合推进供给侧结构性改革的发展要求,有利于检验检疫核心能力的提升和发展,为组织现代化的检验检疫作业流程创造了前提条件,为检验检疫的持续发展提供动力支持。In view of the unbalanced development of core capacity encountered in the development of inspection and quarantine,such as the infrastructure is not standardized,the equipment configuration is not unified,the public recognition is low,Jiangsu Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau tried to explore seaport standardization construction of inspection and quarantine in Taicang port. Through the establishment of unified standard for the construction of seaport,the standardization of facilities,equipment,unified system,label recognition systematization had been improved and the core competitiveness of inspection and quarantine was enhanced. The seaport standardization of inspection and quarantine is in line with the requirements of the reform to promote the supply side,is benefit to the improvement of the core capacity,and development for the organization of modern inspection and quarantine operations. The process created prerequisites for providing support for the continued development of inspection and quarantine.
