摘  要:介绍了三聚氰胺核心设备废水分解塔的设备结构及技术参数,并将设备制造关键工艺成形、焊接、热处理等各项工艺性评定所确定的技术参数和操作规范应用于设备实际加工制造中,使设备主要零部件的成形、焊接、热处理及无损检测技术要求等每个关键工艺环节都能严格遵守相应评定所确定的技术参数和操作规范,整个设备制造加工质量稳定,质量过程受控,顺利完成废水分解塔的制造任务。In this paper, the structure and technical parameters of key equipment for producing melamine - waste water decomposing tower were introduced. All of the technical parameters and operational codes determined in process qualifications, such as forming, welding and heat treatment were applied in practical fabrication of equipment. Thus the qualities in fabrication were controlled and stable qualities were obtained, and the manufacture of waste water decomposing tower was fulfilled.
