摘  要:以微型半开式叶轮高速离心泵为研究对象,开展多个过流部件结构匹配方案的试验研究,发现螺线蜗壳与后弯式长短叶片叶轮匹配的全流量方案具有较高效率;叶轮出口与蜗壳结构尺寸的匹配关系直接影响微型离心泵效率,而且微型泵效率对叶片入口与泵入口管结构尺寸也非常敏感。A miniature centrifugal high speed pump with semi-open impeller was studied in this paper. Experimental researches on several schemes in which different impellers and cases were used be carried out. It was shown from the results that full capacity scheme using backward blade impeller and spiral volute has relatively high efficiency; the match of sizes between the outlet of impeller and spiral volute influence the efficiency of miniature high speed pump, and the efficiency is also sensitive to the match of the sizes between the inlet of impeller and the inlet of pump.
