摘 要:采用单道次双衬板轧制和传统3道次轧制法对动漫设计用AZ61合金进行了280~400℃的轧制处理。研究了轧制变形温度对变形态和退火态AZ61合金组织与性能的影响,分析了双衬板轧制AZ61合金的作用机理。结果表明,常规3道次轧制变形态AZ61合金在轧制温度为280~400℃时都出现了孪晶组织,但是并未发现混晶组织的存在,而单道次双衬板轧制变形态AZ61合金仅在280℃时有孪晶组织;280、400℃双衬板轧制得到的AZ61合金有相较于340℃双衬板轧制更大程度的再结晶;相对于变形态AZ61合金,退火态AZ61合金中的小角度晶界比例减小而大角度晶界比例有所增加;340℃/60%压下量的单道次双衬板轧制AZ61合金具有混晶组织,且细晶内弥散分布着类球形纳米级第二相,可获得最佳的强度和塑性结合。The rolling treatment of AZ61 alloy used for animation design was carried out at 280-400 ℃ by single double liner rolling and traditional 3-pass rolling method. The influences of rolling deformation temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of deformed and annealed AZ61 alloy were analyzed. The action mechanism of double liner rolling AZ61 alloy was analyzed. The results show that the conventional 3-pass rolling deformed AZ61 alloy at rolling temperature of280-400 ℃ generates twin microstructure, but the mischcrystal structure does not exist, and the twins exist in the single double liner rolled deformed AZ61 alloy at 280 ℃; there are greater degree of recrystallization at 280 ℃ and 400 ℃ compared with 340 ℃ for double liner plate rolling; compared with deformed AZ61 alloy, the proportion of small angle grain boundaries in the annealed AZ61 alloy decreases and the proportion of high angle grain boundaries increases for the annealed AZ61 alloy;under 340 ℃/60% reduction, the single channel double lining AZ61 alloy has mixed crystal structure, and the spherical nanometer second phase dispersly distributes in the fine grain, which can get the best combination of strength and plasticity.
