摘 要:轧辊材料高速钢含有大量不同种类的合金元素,在铸造中这些合金元素能够形成不同种类的碳化物。在离心铸造的过程中,由于这些碳化物具有不同的比重,容易产生偏析,从而导致轧辊性能的下降。针对此问题,研究了Fe-V-Nb中间合金孕育剂的变质处理对轧辊用高速钢的微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:与未经过变质处理的铸态合金相比,高速钢经Fe-V-Nb中间合金孕育剂变质处理后,晶粒得到细化,碳化物分布均匀独立。变质处理后,高速钢的硬度有所提高。There are a lot of different kinds of alloy elements in roll material high speed steel, which can form different kinds of carbides in the casting. In the process of centrifugal casting, due to different specific gravity of these carbides,segregation is easy to occur, which leads to the decline of roll performance. In order to solve this problem, the effects of modification of Fe-V-Nb master alloy inoculant on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the high speed steel for roll were studied. The results show that, compared with that of the as-cast alloy without modification, the grains of the high speed steel modified by Fe-V-Nb master alloy inoculant are refined and the carbide distribution is uniform and independent.The hardness of the high speed steel improves after modification.
