摘 要:采用不同的激光表面热处理工艺对3Cr2W8V汽车连杆锻压模具进行了表面热处理,并进行了模具的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能的测试与分析。结果表明:当光斑移动速度为20 mm/s时,随激光功率从500 W升高至1100 W,模具的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能均先提高后下降。与常规激光表面热处理相比,激光表面热处理后深冷处理的复合激光表面热处理能有效改善汽车连杆锻压模具的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能。The surface heat treatment of 3Cr2W8V automobile connecting rod forging die was carried out by using different laser surface heat treatment processes. And the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the dies were tested and analyzed. The results show that when the spot moving speed is 20 mm/s, the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the dies firstly increase and then decrease with laser power increasing from 500 W to 1100 W. Compared with conventional laser surface heat treatment, composite laser surface heat treatment with cryogenic treatment after laser surface heat treatment can effectively improve the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the forging die of automobile connecting rods.
