淋病奈瑟菌引起的阴茎根部脓肿1例

摘　　要：患者男,46岁,职员,阴茎根部脓肿溃疡1个月余。实验室涂片检查见革兰阴性双球菌,培养有透明、湿润、突起的小菌落生长,经分子生物学鉴定为淋球菌。诊断:淋球菌引起的阴茎根部脓肿。K-B法药敏试验显示头孢曲松、头孢克肟低敏,大观霉素敏感,故用大观霉素治疗,10天后溃疡愈合。A 46-year-old male patient presented with an ulcerated abscess on his penile shaft over more than one month. Gram-negative diplococci were found on direct smear. The transparent,moist,protruding small colonies grew on bacterial culture,and were identified as Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The diagnosis of penile abscess caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae was made. K-B drug susceptibility test showed that this colonies were less sensitive to ceftriaxone,cefixime,and sensitive to spectionmycin. Therefore,the ulcer was healed after 10 days under the treatment of spectionmycin.
