摘　　要：萎缩纹(膨胀纹)是一种常见的美容相关性皮肤病,涉及病患人群广、美容治疗需求日益增加,虽易于诊断,但却是目前临床预防及治疗的难点。萎缩纹分为早期的红纹及晚期的白纹,常见于体重或身高快速增长等生理状态,亦可见于导致皮质醇增多的多种病理状况。大量证据已显示外用预防药物缺乏有效性。物理治疗模式是目前治疗萎缩纹的热点。585nm脉冲染料激光、1 064nm Nd:YAG激光可选择性作用于早期萎缩纹扩张的血管及诱导胶原合成,故可用于改善红纹。点阵激光、强脉冲光、射频技术应用于改善白纹。物理方式治疗萎缩纹对于亚洲人群(Fitzpatrick皮肤类型Ⅲ-Ⅳ)来说,色素沉着是主要的不良反应。物理治疗措施具有远大前景,然而还需要长期、大样本研究探索合适的治疗模式及参数。Striae atrophicae（striae distensae）is an extremely common skin condition,and patients increasingly concern about its prevention and treatment. Although striae atrophicae is easy to be diagnosed,its treatment has long been disappointed and remains a frustrating entity for dermatologists. Two clinical and histopathological recognizable forms of striae atrophicae have been described： striae rubrae and striae albae. They are associated with various physiologic states including growing spurt,rapid weight gain,and states leading to excess of cortisol. Topical agents appear to lack efficacy in the prevention of striae atrophicae. Recently clinicians focus intensively on the physical therapeutic modalities. 585nm pulsed dye laser,1 064nm Nd：YAG laser can selectively injure enlarged blood vessels in early lesions and induce collagen synthesis,which can be used to improve striae rubrae. Fractional laser,intense pulsed light and radio frequency also be applied in the treatment of striae albae. Hyperpigmentation is a major adverse reaction for Asian population. Physical modalities have great prospect,more further researches and clinical trials are required to evaluate and improve their safety and efficacy.
