超分子水杨酸调理面膜联合阿维A治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超分子水杨酸调理面膜与阿维A联合治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变的疗效。方法 57例诊断为原发性皮肤淀粉样变(苔藓样淀粉样变)的门诊患者,随机分为两组。治疗组29例,外用超分子水杨酸调理面膜,2次/d;对照组28例,外用卤米松乳膏,2次/d。两组患者均同时口服阿维A胶囊,30mg 1次/d,3周后,改为20mg 1次/d;两组疗程均为6周。结果治疗组与对照组痊愈率分别为32.14%、15.38%,有效率分别为75.00%、46.15%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超分子水杨酸调理面膜与阿维A联合治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变安全,疗效更好,患者依从性更高。Objective To investigate the effect of combination therapy with supramolecular salicylic acid facial mask andacitretin on idiopathic cutaneous amyloidosis. Methods Fifty-seven patients with idiopathic cutaneous amyloidosis（cutaneous lichen amyloidosis）were recruited and randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-nine patients in the treatment group were treated with supramolecular salicylic acid facial mask twice a day; the other twenty-eight patients in the control group were treated with halometasone cream twice a day. In the meantime,the two groups of patients were administred with acitretin 30mg once a day which was tapered to 20mg once a day after three weeks. Courses of treatment of both groups were six weeks. Results Curative rates in the treatment group and control group are 32.14% and 15.38%,respectively; effective rates are 75.00% and 46.15%,respectively. Differences between these two groups are significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy with supramolecular salicylic acid facial mask and acitretin was a safe,more efficacious modality for treating idiopathic cutaneous amyloidosis,with better compliance.
