摘  要:以丙烯酰胺为功能单体,二苄基三硫代酯为链转移剂,采用可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)技术结合沉淀聚合法制备乙氧酰胺苯甲酯(ETP)分子印迹聚合物(R-MIP)。探讨了引发剂和链转移试剂用量对聚合物形貌的影响,采用静态法、选择性吸附法研究聚合物的吸附性能。结果表明,该材料对ETP具有较高的吸附量和良好的选择性。以其作为固相萃取材料,结合高效液相色谱法对鸡肉中的ETP进行分离、富集、检测。方法回收率87.0%~97.4%,检出限0.013 mg/kg。The ethopabate(ETP) molecularly imprinted polymer(R-MIP) was prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) combined with precipitation polymerization, using acrylamide as functional monomer and dibenzyl trithioester as chain transfer agent. The influence of the amount of initiator and chain transfer agent on the morphology of the polymer were investigated. The adsorption performance of R-MIP was studied by static method and selective adsorption experiment. The results showed that the material had high adsorption capacity and good selectivity to ETP. Meanwhile RMIP as a solid phase extraction material,enriched and separated ETP in chicken combined with HPLC.The recovery was in the range of 87. 0% to 97. 4 % and the detection limit was 0. 013 mg/kg.
