摘 要:由2-羟基-1-萘甲醛与异烟肼缩合得到异烟肼缩2-羟基-1-萘甲醛酰腙(探针1)。荧光光谱实验表明:探针1是一种选择好、灵敏度高的Ni^(2+)荧光探针。当Ni^(2+)浓度在0~20μmol/L范围内,Ni^(2+)的浓度与探针1(10μmol/L)的荧光强度之间呈较好的线性关系,检出限为5.10μg/L。Job实验表明:Ni^(2+)与探针1的络合比为11,结合常数为7.83×103L/mol。An isonicotinoyl and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde hydrazone probe 1 was synthesized by the condensation of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and isoniazide. Fluorescence spectra showed that probe 1 exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity for Ni^2+. The linear response range covered a concentration range of Ni^2+from 0 to 20 μmol/L and the detection limit is 5. 10 μg/L. The binding ratio of probe 1-Ni^2+complex was determined to be 1: 1. According to the Job Plot,the association constant Kaof Ni^2+binding with probe 1 was 7. 83 × 10^3 L/mol.
