板块装配式金属屋面双层防水构造技术在贵州铜仁凤凰机场的应用

摘　　要：介绍了一种适用于金属屋面、铝板幕墙的新型复合式装配板块,其特点是,整体板块既有内、外装饰性,又有金属板幕墙和金属屋面所需要的防水、保温、隔汽、隔声、防潮等各项功能;可在工厂加工制作,便于控制加工质量和精度。并以贵州铜仁凤凰机场航站楼设计为例,重点介绍了板块之间的关键节点技术——错位式两道防水构造,采用该技术可以解决由于板块变形所引起的渗漏水问题。The article introduces a new type composite assembly plates suitable for metal roof and aluminum curtain wall. It features two sides decoration of the plates and many functions both metal roof and metal curtain wall need, such as waterproof, insulation, air proof, sound proof and damp proof. The plates can be fabricated in factory so that its quality and precision can be controlled. Taking Tongren Phoenix Airport terminal as an example, the article introduces critical technology between plates, i.e. staggered two defenses of waterproofing construction with which leak problem caused by deformation of the plates can be solved.
