摘　　要：介绍了首钢推拉式酸洗生产线的工艺流程、主要设备、热轧酸洗产品的技术要求以及首钢热轧酸洗板的研制与开发情况。根据客户的使用要求,结合生产设备,首钢研制与开发了一系列热轧酸洗产品,含压缩机用钢和汽车结构用钢等,并实现了双相钢和高扩孔钢等先进高强钢产品批量供货,产品具有表面质量好、性能优异等特点,赢得客户的好评。The technological processes,main equipment,technical requirements of push-pull pickled line and development of hot-rolled pickled plates in Shougang were introduced.According to the requirements of customers and combined with the production equipment,a serial of hot-rolled pickled plates,which included air-compressor steels and automobile steels,were developed in Shougang and dual-phase steels and high hole expansion steels were realized mass supplies.The product had good surface quality and excellent property performance,which won the recognition among customers.
