快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检在诊断胸腔疾病中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检在诊断胸腔疾病中的应用价值。方法:从2015年3月至2017年4月期间在四川省自贡市第四人民医院接受治疗的胸腔疾病患者中选取100例患者作为本次研究的对象。对这100例患者均进行快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检和开胸活检(将开胸活检的结果作为最终的诊断结果)。然后观察用快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检诊断胸腔疾病的准确率及进行此检查后本组患者并发症的发生率。结果:经开胸活检证实,用快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检诊断胸膜恶性病变、结核性胸膜病变、胸膜炎性改变和胸腔内横纹肌及脂肪组织病变的准确率均为100.0%。进行快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检后,本组患者中有1例患者发生血胸,有5例患者发生胸痛,其并发症的发生率为6.00%。结论:快速自动活检枪经皮胸膜活检在诊断胸腔疾病中的应用价值较高,能够显著提高对胸腔疾病进行诊断的准确率,且对患者造成的损伤较小。objective： to analyze the value of rapid automatic biopsy gun percutaneous pleural biopsy in diagnosing thoracic diseases. Methods： from March 2015 to April 2017, 100 patients with thoracic diseases were selected as the subjects of this study from the patients receiving treatment in the fourth people＇s hospital of zigong city, sichuan province. All the 100 patients underwent rapid automatic biopsy with percutaneous pleural biopsy and thoracotomy biopsy（the result of thoracotomy biopsy was taken as the final diagnosis）. Then, the accuracy of rapid automatic biopsy gun percutaneous pleural biopsy in the diagnosis of thoracic diseases and the incidence of complications in this group were observed. Results： the accuracy rate of diagnosis of malignant pleural lesions, tuberculous pleural lesions, pleurisy changes and intrapleural rhabdomyosis and adipose tissue lesions was 100.0% after thoracotomy biopsy. After percutaneous pleural biopsy with the rapid automatic biopsy gun, 1 patient in this group developed hematocele, 5 patients had chest pain, and the incidence of complications was 6.00%. Conclusion： rapid automatic biopsy gun with percutaneous pleural biopsy is of high value in the diagnosis of thoracic diseases, which can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis of thoracic diseases and cause less damage to patients.
