摘  要:目的:探讨对接受胃肠外科手术的患者进行优质护理对其自护能力、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:将2016年9月至2017年6月期间在西充县人民医院接受胃肠外科手术的200例患者随机分为对照组和研究组。在两组患者接受手术治疗期间,均对其进行常规护理。在此基础上,对研究组患者进行优质护理,然后对比接受治护前后两组患者自护能力、心理状态及生活质量的变化情况。结果:接受治护后两组患者ESCA及SF-36的评分均高于接受治护前,其SAS及SDS的评分均低于接受治护前,而且研究组患者ESCA及SF-36的评分均高于对照组患者,其SAS及SDS的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受胃肠外科手术的患者进行优质护理可显著增强其自我护理能力,减轻其焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing care on self-care ability, mental state and quality of life of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery. Methods: 200 patients who received gastrointestinal surgery in people's hospital of xichong county from September 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and research group. Both groups received routine care during surgery. On this basis, the study group patients were given quality care, and then the changes of self-care ability, mental state and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results: the scores of ESCA and sf-36 in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those before treatment. Moreover, the scores of ESCA and sf-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group, P〈 0.05. Conclusion: the quality of care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery can significantly enhance their self-care ability, reduce their anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life.
