摘  要:建立氟虫腈及其代谢物(氟甲腈、氟虫腈砜、氟虫腈亚砜)在鸡蛋中的残留分析方法。采用乙酸乙酯-环己烷(1:1)提取,GPC净化,通过高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行测定。本方法添加回收率在80.7%~114.3%之间,相对标准偏差在3.4%~15.9%之间,定量限为0.002mg/kg。本方法净化效果好,准确度高,能适用于干扰较强的基质情况。The method for the determination of fipronil and its metabolite( fipronil desulfinyl,fipronil sulfone and fipronil sulfide) in egg was established. The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate-cyclohexane(1 : 1), purified by GPC and finally determined by HPLC/MS/MS. The recoveries of 80. 7% to 114. 3%, the variation coefficients of 3. 4% to 15. 9% and the detection limit of 0. 002 mg/kg were obtained for the method. This method, with good cleaning effect and high accuracy, is applicable of matrix with strong interference.
