摘  要:利用椭圆偏振仪拟合得到的褪色态电致变色层WO3、着色态电致变色层LixWOy、离子传导层Ta2O5、离子存储层NixO、Si O2薄膜折射率与消光系数,通过TFCalc光学设计软件计算器件褪色态、着色态透过光谱。发现波长550 nm处,理论器件变色幅度可以达到66.9%,大于实际测试光谱的56.7%(施加电压±5 V);通过增加减反层,可以进一步提高器件变色幅度至77.7%。The all inorganic solid state electrochromic multilayers,comprising the bleached layer of WO_3,colored layer of LixWOy,ion-conductive layer of Ta2 O5,ion-storage layer of NixO and anti-reflection layer of SiO_2,were synthesized by reactive magnetron co-sputtering on the glass substrate pre-coated with indium-tin-oxide( ITO) layer. Its optical properties,including the refractive index and extinction coefficient,were mathematically modeled,theoretically analyzed,numerically simulated with TFCalc software and experimentally evaluated with ellipsometry. The influence of the anti-reflection Si O2 layer,110 nm in thickness,on the enhancement of bleached state transmittance and electrochromic behavior was investigated. The results show that the calculated change in transmittance,66. 9%,was higher than that of 56. 7% measured at 550 nm and ± 5 V,and that the anti-reflection layer further increased the change in transmittance to 77. 7%.
