摘 要:赣无2是一个高产优质的油茶(Camellia oleifera)良种,为更好地大面积推广该品种,对其授粉特性进行了研究。结果表明:赣无2属于强自交不亲和品种,其自交坐果率为0~1.75%,自然坐果率为29.69%~34.88%;通过高通量测序,对118份赣无2子代(F1)进行分析,在混系造林、自然授粉的条件下,赣无2的授粉花粉来自赣8、赣石84-8、赣永5、赣70、赣无15、赣无1、赣190、兴46等8个品种,其中赣8、赣石84-8的花粉比例分别为40.68%、34.75%,二者合计75.43%。In order to extensively spread‘Ganwu 2', which was a high-yield high-quality Camellia oleifera cultivar, pollination characteristic of‘Ganwu 2'was investigated. The results showed that‘Ganwu 2'had a strong self-incompatibility, because its fruit setting rate was 0-1.75% by self-pollination, while 29.69%-34.88% by natural pollination. DNA samples of 118 ‘Ganwu 2'F1,which were from a mixed afforestation area and naturally pollinated, were analyzed by high throughput sequencing. Pollens of‘Ganwu 2'F1 were from 8 varieties, including‘Gan 8',‘Ganshi 84-8',‘Ganyong 5',‘Gan 70',‘Ganwu 15',‘Ganwu 1',‘Gan190',‘Xing 46'. Pollen rates of‘Gan 8'and‘Ganshi 84-8'were 40.68%, 34.75%, respectively, and the sum was 75.43%.
