摘　　要：目的:观察肺炎栓治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证的临床疗效,并观察其对患儿中医症状的影响。方法:60例肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证患儿随机平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予西医常规治疗联合肺炎栓纳肛,对照组西医常规治疗联合五虎汤合并葶苈大枣泻肺汤中药口服治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效,比较发热、咳嗽、气喘、痰壅、肺部听诊、胸片等缓解情况。结果:观察组喘息、咳嗽、痰壅、发热症状及肺部听诊异常消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医主症评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为96.55%,明显优于对照组的85.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎栓纳肛治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽痰热闭肺证在主要症状起效时间、主要症状的改善情况、综合疗效等方面效果显著。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of pneumonia suppository in treatment of children with pneumonia and asthma,and to observe its effect on the symptoms of TCM in children. Methods： Sixty children with pneumonia,asthma,fever and closed lung syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given conventional western medicine treatment combined with pneumonic suppository and anal,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Wuhu Decoction combined with Chinese herbal medicine of Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared and the effects of fever,cough,asthma,sputum,lung auscultation,and chest radiograph were compared. Results：The wheezing,cough,sputum,fever symptoms and auscultation time in the lungs in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of the main symptom in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The effective rate in the observation group was 96. 55%,which was significantly better than that in the control group（85. 71%）.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The clinical efficacy of pneumonia suppository in treatment of children with pneumonia and asthma is significant in the onset time of major symptoms,improvement of main symptoms,and comprehensive curative effect.
