糖网明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变临床研究  

Clinical study on Tangwang Mingmu Decoction Combined with Calcium Dobesilate Tablets in Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

摘　　要：目的:观察糖网明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效,及其对患者血糖、视力、中医证候积分的影响。方法:66例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机平均分为观察组及对照组。对照组给予羟苯磺酸钙片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予糖网明目汤。比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖(fasting blood-glucose,FBG)、餐后血糖(postprandial glucose,PPG)、糖化血红蛋白(hemoglobin Alc,Hb A1c)、视力、中医证候积分、临床疗效、不良反应的发生情况。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者FBG、Hb A1c、PPG、中医证候积分均明显降低,而视力明显上升,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的FBG、Hb A1c、PPG、中医证候积分明显低于对照组,而视力明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组有效率为90.91%(30/33),对照组为66.67%(22/33),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖网明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙片治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著,可显著降低患者血糖和中医证候积分,提高患者视力。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Tangwang Mingmu Decoction combined with calcium dobesilate tablets in treatment of diabetic retinopathy and its effect on blood glucose,visual acuity and TCM syndrome scores. Methods：66 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given calcium dobesilate tablets,and the observation group was given Tangwang Mingmu Decoction in addition to that of the control group. The fasting blood glucose（ FBG）,postprandial glucose（ PPG）,hemoglobin A1 c（ HbA 1 c）,vision,TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：Compared with that before treatment,the FBG,HbA 1 c,PPG and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced,and the visual acuity was significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the FBG of the observation group was observed. The scores of HbA 1 c,PPG,and TCM syndromes were significantly lower than those of the control group respectively,and the visual acuity was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 90. 91%（30/33）,and that of the control group was 66. 67%（22/33）. There was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The combination of Tangwang Mingmu Decoction and calcium dobesilate tablet is effective in treatment of diabetic retinopathy. It can significantly reduce the blood glucose and TCM syndrome scores and improve the visual acuity of patients.
