阳经引经药退热效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阳经引经药穴位贴敷对急诊外感发热患者的退热效果。方法:选取外感发热成人患者60例,随机分为3组。西药组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊退热;中药组应用中药穴位贴敷退热;中西药组同时应用退热药物和中药穴位贴敷。观察治疗72 h前后各组患者不同时点的体温、血液内白细胞与中性粒细胞水平以及中医症状评分的变化。结果:退热情况比较:治疗后24 h,中西药组患者的体温与中药组、西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明中西药物联合治疗退热效果最为迅速。平均退热时间比较:西药组(65.27±2.08)h、中药组(63.56±3.37)h、中西药组(48.58±3.26)h,穴位贴敷疗法具有与西药布洛芬缓释胶囊类似的退热效果,且在与西药联合应用时其退热作用最为迅速。血液白细胞和中性粒细胞水平比较:中西药组和中药组较西药组能更好地降低发热患者白细胞和中性粒细胞水平。中医症状评分比较:中药组(1.00±0.16)分明显低于西药组(4.00±0.85)分,提示中药贴敷较西药布洛芬缓释胶囊更能显著改善患者临床不适症状。结论:阳经引经药穴位贴敷疗法治疗外感发热退热疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床不适症状,配合解热镇痛类西药使用,更能增强退热效果。Objective：To observe the effect of strapping antipyretics with Yang meridian-guiding herbs on adult exogenous fever.Methods：60 adult patients with exogenous fever were randomly divided into three groups：western medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group,and Integrative Medicine Group. The body temperature,blood leucocyte and neutrophils levels,and changes in TCM symptom scores at different time points were observed before and after treatment for 72 hours. Results：Comparison of fever reduction：24 h after treatment,the body temperature of Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group（ P〈0. 01）,indicating that Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment has the most rapid fever reduction effect. The average duration of fever reduction was 72 hours after treatment,Western medicine group（65. 27 ± 2. 08） h,Chinese medicine group（ 63. 56 ± 3. 37） h,Chinese and Western medicine group（48. 58 ± 3. 26） h,the acupoint sticking therapy with ibuprofen slow release Capsules have similar antipyretic effects,and they have the quickest antipyretic effect when combined with western medicines. Comparison of blood leukocyte and neutrophil levels：Chinese and Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group can better reduce the leukocyte and neutrophil levels of febrile patients compared with western medicine group. Comparison of TCM symptom scores： Chinese medicine group（ 1. 00 ± 0. 16）points was significantly lower than Western medicine group（ 4. 00 ± 0. 85） points,suggesting that traditional Chinese medicine patching can significantly improve the clinical discomfort of patients compared to Western medicine ibuprofen sustained-release capsules.
