读《温热论》辨舌之“急”

摘　　要：辨舌是《温热论》中独具特色的温病诊断方法之一,通过观察舌象之变化,了解温病患者感邪之轻重,邪气的性质,病变的深浅,津液的盈亏,卫气营血和三焦所属脏腑的功能失常或实质损害。《温热论》中多处通过辨舌而判断不同病变阶段的疾病之急、传变之急、治疗之急。通过辨舌见微知著,通过辨舌而制病于先,这些均来源于叶天士独到的临床经验,值得医者学习和借鉴。The discrimination of tongue picture is one of the unique methods for the diagnosis of febrile diseases in Wen Re Lun.By observing the changes of patients＇ tongue picture,we can understand the severity of the Evil in the patients,the nature of the Evil,the depth of the lesions,and the condition of body fluids,defects or substantial damage to the organs to which Wei,Qi,Ying,Xue and San Jiao belong. In Wen Re Lun,discriminations of tongue picture are frequently used to judge the urgency of the diseases at different stages,the urgency of the transmission,and the urgency of treatment. With knowledge of tongues pictures and the identification of tongue pictures,the disease can be dealt with in the earliest stage. All of these come from Ye Tianshi＇s unique clinical experience and are worth learning as doctors.
