阴虚、阳虚体质大学生能量代谢研究

摘　　要：目的:观察阴虚体质、阳虚体质大学生与人体能量代谢的关系。方法:以河南中医药大学在校大学生为研究对象,采用中华中医药学会《中医体质分类与判定》表鉴别阴虚和阳虚体质人群,运用意大利COSME公司的Quark PFT ergo心肺功能测试仪进行两种体质人群的能量代谢的测定。结果:阴虚体质组静息代谢数值明显高于阳虚体质组,差别有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。结论:中医体质与人体静息代谢有关,阴虚体质人群能量代谢高,阳虚体质人群能量代谢相对低。Objective：To observe the relationship between the energy metabolism with Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency constitution of college students. Methods：Students of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects. The Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM） Constitution Classification and Judgment Table were used to identify Yin deficiency or Yang deficiency constitutions. The Quark PFT of COSME Co. of Italy was used. The ergo cardiopulmonary function tester measures the energy metabolism of two physique groups. Results：The value of resting metabolism in Yin deficiency group was significantly higher than that in Yang deficiency group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P≤0. 05）. Conclusion：The TCM constitution is related to the resting metabolism of the human body. The energy metabolism is high in the Yin deficiency constitution group and the energy metabolism is relatively low in the Yang deficiency constitution group.
