对外开放、内外需产品价格剪刀差与中国重工业化

摘　　要：本文在中国经济结构变迁的大背景下分析了对外开放对中国经济重工业化进程的影响。通过对比改革开放前后中国经济重工业化成败的原因以及中国经济转型与主流经济学理论之间的差异,我们认为对外开放在我国重工业化进程中的最重要的贡献体现在两个方面,一是解决了重工业化对就业的排斥,二是加速重工业资本积累过程。对外开放促进资本积累的主要渠道并非通过吸引外资而是通过内外需产品剪刀差扭曲要素收入分配,使收入分配倾向于资本要素从而加速资本积累过程。Under the background that great changes have happened in the structure of China＇s economy,this paper focuses on the impacts of the openness to the outside on the process of China＇s heavy industrialization.Based on the comparison of China＇s heavy industrialization after and before the openness to the outside and also the conflictions between Chinese economy transition practice and the mainstream economic theory,we find two main contributions of the openness to the outside to the success of heavy industrialization.The first is to solve the problem of crowding out effect of heavy industrialization on employment.The second is to speed up of the capital accumulation.But the main channel that openness to the outside attributes to capital accumulation is not through foreign investment but through the price scissors between domestic demand products and export products.The price scissors is in favor of capital factor in the income distribution and helpful to speed up capital accumulation.
