摘　　要：小儿多发性抽动症的治疗,原晓风教授创立"三因辨证为纲,五脏一体病因病机辨证为目"的诊疗理论体系,重视先天病因、后天病因、外感病因,以五脏肝心郁热外感,脾虚肝乘生痰,肺肾金水相生梳理小儿多发性抽动症病因、病机,创立地龟益髓汤治疗取效。There is an upward trend in incidence of children with tourette syndrome, tutor professor YUAN Xiaofeng summarizes decades of clinical experience, founded the ＂three causes are class, five zang are outline＂ integrated theory system of diagnosis and treatment, to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of original ideas, attaches great importance to the cause and exogenous causes congenital etiology, postnatal etiology, exogenous causes and the five organs the liver has internal heat to cause the external sensation, the liver is restrained and the spleen causes the sputum, the lungs and kidneys complement each other comb pediatric etiology and pathogenesis of tourette syndrome. Mentor to summarize clinical experience for many years, and founded a turtle and marrow decoction for the treatment of children with tourette syndrome, clinical outcome, inherit pediatricians valuable experience, help to pediatricians better diagnosis and treatment of this card.
